A helpful habit is to compare nutrition labels and choose products with little or no added sugar whenever possible.

Supporting stable blood sugar doesn't mean you have to avoid carbohydrates or completely give up your favorite treats. Instead, focus on building balanced meals that provide longer-lasting energy.
